Earn up to $75 for joining the SRP BYOT program
How It Works
If you are a SRP residential electricity customer with an Amazon Smart Thermostat connected to a central air conditioning system, you are eligible to join the SRP Bring Your Own Thermostat (BYOT) program. When you enroll, you can earn $50 for each Wi-Fi thermostat.* Plus, for every year you participate, you will receive $25 for each thermostat at the end of the summer season.
Cut Cost, Not Comfort
Enrollment will allow us to make brief, limited adjustments to your Wi-Fi thermostat during times of peak summer electric demand (May 1 through October 31). An adjustment will never be more than 4 degrees above your current temperature. You will be notified before every conservation event and you can opt out of events at any time from your mobile device, web browser, or thermostat.

*There is no limit to the number of devices that can be enrolled per customer; however, SRP will only incentivize up to two (2) devices per customer (for both enrollment and the annual incentive). Incentives are in the form of bill credits.
